Paper Abstract:

As the deployment of educational institutional repositories becomes mature, more countries will take advantage of
federations of knowledge to provide access to valuable content. Agrega [1] (to add in Spanish) is the Spanish education
community federation of repositories of learning objects. Agrega is a joint project of Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade
and Commerce, the Spanish Ministry of Education, the Spanish Autonomous Communities and red.es [2]. Red.es as a
public entrepreneurial entity attached to the Ministry of Industry is devoted to the development of information society
and is actively involved in the launch of Agrega. |
